I came home from work yesterday to find my female Green Cheek Conure dead at the bottom of the cage. She was only a young bird and appeared OK in the morning so I don't know what happened to her. Very upsetting.

Oh Laraine, I am so sorry to hear that. Our heartfelt thoughts are with you. We all send big hugs for you. I wish there was something we could do to make you feel better, but I know it takes me a while to get over a death - especially when you spend so much time with them.
