Hi AB Forum,
Have been looking around for a carry box for finches to small parrots but not sure what I should be looking for. Some have one door others two, with and without perches. I don't have the facilities to make one at this stage but will in the future. Would anyone have suggestions as to size and who might stock thje ideal box if there is such a thing?
Pete

i buy 2 door ones with no perches, that way tehres nothing for them to hit if they freak out.
On one of the doors theres some rubber, taht you canpush the bird through (very very easily) and it comes back so teh bird see's it as solid, great for loading multiple birds. Wooden sides top and bottom with wire front is best.

In Qld the nest box builders sell carry boxes too. They are usually also set up at the bird sales. As Ben said the better ones have the rubber inside the door
