My Alexandrian Parakeet usually sticks his tongue out and moves it So when he does it I imitated him and stuck my tongue out and moved it as well! He got so freaked out but so interested of my tongue! And so he has learnt that everytime he sticks his tongue out, I will do the same and he gets to see that freaky thing in my mouth. But I'm not sure if I should regret doing that... because he makes sounds when he sees it and bobs up and down... o.O ...Um.. what does this mean? Any help is appreciated!

Oh... well that would explain why he demands attention more frequently. Now even just sitting next to him and talking to him isn't enough... So do you think that I performed a mate ritual thingo?? o.O Like...(ok this is the best example I can give) with fireflies.. the male flashes some lights and the female flashes responses. And if they are correct responses then she has accepted him.. do you get what I mean? Well.. I am saying that do you think I have done that? >__> Great lol... first Bicki and now Tweety...

Mylo used to do this l just ignored it and bowed my head saying hello (sounds wierd thou worked ) You just need to distract things a bird does positively that you don't like and it will go away when they realize there action is not working.

I'm as crazy as my birds all are so I can't offer any advice. If they do something, I tend to do it back. I'm glad I don't have neighbours that can see what I am doing.
