This morning my brother found Anath on the bottom of the cage.
She must have had a night fright and run into the side of the cage or something, because her body was twisted up.
She was a beautiful girl. Very friendly even though she didn't really care for people and was always my first choice to hand over if someone wanted to hold one of my birds because she wouldn't fret at all and didn't bite. She spent a good portion of yesterday enjoying some time outside her cage and even decided to spend a few minutes snuggled in against my neck although I'm fairly certain she thought that maybe there was some food in my hair.
She was there through Squee, Zillah and Jedi and I honestly thought that she would be with me until she died of old age.
