well it must be hard working in a pet shop hey ;D and I do love that pet shop and visit it whenever we are in Brisbane......which isn't as often as it used to be since Rhianna does't play volleyball anymore.
Congrats on all the new birds too.

So just a couple birds eh? hehe. Great going with the Paleheads! They are a great bird, I loved mine but had to sell them as I just didn't have the room for them anymore. Gosh I am jealous with you getting a yellow sided! They are so beautiful! My baby bourke's are growing their tails back again after the naughty budgies chewed them off. Finally I can get rid of them!

Lol, my little female bourke is so sweet. She comes over and sits right next to you. Gets in the way sometimes hanging around ya feet or sitting on ya back or playing on the water bottle while your trying to fill up the water lol. I can't wait for the pale headeds. they have been up in quarantine for 4 months cos the male has trouble growing his feathers in nicely, he is all fine, he's been tested but the uv light just isnt cutting it so my boss asked if i wanted them cos he would rather someone put them in an avairy than be miserable up in quarantine. Freebies yay i talk to them every time i work so they are finally coming home!!!

Pale-headeds are home!! But my stupid camera is broken GAH!!! They are going to the vet at 11 for a check up. They have already calmed down alot. They are eating and drinking infront of me in matches travel cage. They never ate or drank infront of anyone at work. I'm thinking Phil & Lil for names lol.

They are all good! The male has grown his feathers in and the females eye is all better. All the bourkes get along great too which is awesome. Rosellas are settling down alot and they love that the wild ones come and visit.

That is great to hear. I know my rosies go crazy when the wild ones come into the yard, there is a lot of chattering going on, and they just about wiggle their tails off!

Thanks Yeah I'm pretty proud of my mini flock. Especially my rosella catch, free birds..well..as free as birds can be..by free i mean i didnt pay to get them but the $100 vet bill and the food every week doesnt exactly mean they're free lol, but hey, they're happier now and love ripping apart the native branches we put in for them, they're so cute.
