I have a baby budgie that needs a new home.
he/she was out of my show stock and got attacked in the nest, ever since it has had funny feathers on it's back, hold its self a little flatter then upright and also favours one leg.
he/she is eating well and very friendly, can't fly all that well but otherwise in good spirits (loves hidding in my hair while i am doing the birds at night). We think it might have had a stroke.
Vet says it is fine to go but might have a shorter lifespan then normal. I really want it to go to a home that WILL NOT BREED from him/her and might work better having his/her own cage as the other birds seem to see it as weak and attack it (like it's mother did)
if you think you can help or know of someone that can help let me know.
