OK i have done it i have sold my ruby and Fred and pearl have been kicked out as well so the house is a lot less fun but still have jacko and two irn no names yet but they are going now as well so i will be down to just jacko and a ekkie baby inside when they breed . i had too do it but it hurts i miss them already j

who was Ruby, Fred and Pearl if i may ask . Ruby is a Alex female 2 years old with attitude i mean real bad Fred is my galah he is a one bird demo team . Pearl is a male irn white and he loves the wifes stuff so that was his end.

ahh thanks, yes alexs can have attitude at times, i had a female alex once she sure had attitude too and could she demolish window frames and curtain rings when she wanted to and in minutes not days .

I am very sorry for you having to part with them. No matter what their attitude or what they do they still manage to wrangle into our hearts and become family. Here's hoping your pain eases soon.

oh that is sad J........I had to re read your post as I thought you said "you had been kicked out" and I thought O M G .... that is serious stuff. Glad to see it was only the birds.........even though that is bad enough. I have to say Shrekie is my female alex and she is lovely natured, Tilly is a dna'd female alex and she is nice natured and still allows me to handle her ........ even though she does protest at first lol. "no name" is another female alex I seem to have aquired due to no one claiming her and she seems nice enough and lands on me with no problems in the aviary.......but don't touch the merchanise please. Actually the only one I can't handle is Alex.......yet ;D
