I have a split blue western male that i purchased of a friend and i have put him with a normal hen any chance i could get a blue hen out of them? im not that good when it comes to genetics lol

Damo, sorry to tell you this but you will need a split blue hen as well to produce some blue chicks.

Thanks Robyn i thoughti might not she even said just wanted to find out for corerect, she actually has only 1 spare blue cock and no hens  . i have seen a few but they did not look that good. ill wait till next season. There also was a few in the sale section in the latest birdkeeper + fallows |
