Hi everyone i'm in the progress of converting my birds to pellets. What i have been doing is in the morning they get pellets then at 10-11am they get there fruit and veggies, pellets stay in cage all day. Then at 4pm i give them back there seed for like 30 minutes,Then take the seed out and give back the pellets and leave them to it. MoJo my normal gcc seems to be eatting the pellets alright i gave them a small handfull and MoJo has almost eatten all of it already so would it be safe not feed her the seed anymore? MaYa the cinnamon gcc on the other hand is eatting some but no were near as much as MoJo so i will still have to continue with the seed for her. Aqua the blue quaker will not touch the pellets at all and i know his mighty hungry. Aqua is going to be very difficult to convert as he is very stubborn, He use to eat fruit and veggies but now won't touch them cause he wants the seed. He keeps pacing the cage looking for seed on the floor etc.
