Hello everybody
Sorry I havent introduced myself yet but have been rather busy, so here I go.
My name is Brooke and I live in Perth, WA. I have a real passion for lovebirds especially the peach-face and have been breeding for a number of years now. In particular I have a fasination with mutations and genetics. I own 17 peachface lovebirds in total, 1 is my pet CC and 2 golden oldies, the rest are in aviaries. I will never hybridize my lovebirds but am not completely against hybrids as pets. I have finally got my website (www.sadikilovebirds.com) up and running this year. Yay.

Welcome and I must comment on your name ...... sad i kil lovebirds??? Is that how it is pronounced?? How did you come across that name? Hi Tracey I think it is Sadiki Lovebirds. Brooke's website says:- Sadiki Aviaries is located south-of-the-river in Perth, Western Australia.
Sadiki (pronounced Sad-i-k-i) is of Swahili origin meaning faithful and loyal. I wanted an African name because that is the lovebirds origin but I also wanted a name to reflect the lovebird's personality and loyalty.cheers, Mike PS - and welcome Brooke - lovebird breeders who don't like hybridizing are always welcome
