Hello Everyone. I'm a 17 year old girl from Wollongong. I have a green cheek conure and a cinnamon green cheek conure, two rainbow lorikeets and an aviary full of budgies. I also have a very old cockatiel that I almost forgot about, he talks alot and has taught the conures how to say spikey boy. I also have a passion for poultry and have 30 chickens. My other animals include 3 dogs, 9 cats, lots of fish, 6 guinea pigs, 1 rabbit, 1 horse and an alpaca. Here is a picture of me and my conures "Pia & Keiko"  |

Hi and welcome Rylie. That's quite the menagerie you have there. I have 3 alpacas. They're awesome animals. Your green cheeks are gorgeous.

Thank you for the welcomes.
I did have two alpacas but one died so my remaining one lives at my friends house with her sheep.
My normal green cheek is called keiko and he is very shy around people, he only likes me and just likes to hide in my hair. They are both handraised but my cinnamon is much more tame you can do anything you like with her, I got her when she was 10 weeks old and her tail was damaged but she had just grown a beautiful tail.
They aren't DNA sexed but I just pretend that my gcc is a boy and my cgcc is a girl. They love each other and sometimes have sneaky sleep overs in each others happy huts.

Hi Rylie. The 'Gong is a very pretty place, nice beaches and bushy areas. Sounds like you have your time filled looking after all the animals.....I know that feeling lol. It is very hard to just stop and one animal when there are so many to choose from lol. Welcome to the forum. |
