I was fascinated to visit your web site about the organic hand rearing food you have promoted on this forum. I was particularly interested in reading your information about how to hand rear baby birds.

Especially since I see it is a direct copy of the web page that the Mooloolaba Pet Centre has on hand rearing at www.mooloolabapets.com.au/html/hand_rearing_baby_birds.html

In fact the only part of that page you have not reproduced are the photos and the paragraph on suggested hand rearing formulas to use.

Since I and my daughter wrote that page several years ago I am somewhat annoyed, to put it mildly, to see it reproduced, without even acknowledgement as to its source, and making it appear that it was your own work.

I am sure you are aware of copyright laws, since you claim copyright over the article, at the bottom of your web site. I suggest you remove the article immediately and place an apology for breaching copyright of the Mooloolaba Pet Centre on that page. If you do not do so I may visit my solicitor to examine my legal options.

Since I note that your phone number indicates you live in Gympie, I would guess you are aware of my shop (previously the Mooloolaba Aquarium & Aviary Centre) and that is no doubt how you came across my article and decided to appropriate it.

The sad thing is, that knowing you were unable to write your own article, you could have asked if you could link to our page and permission would have been freely given. I may have even allowed you to reproduce it (unaltered) with adequate acknowledgement as to it's source. However your illegal use of it is in breach of copyright law.
