Ok here is the list, PM me if you are intrested and we can go from there. 2 x Galahs - Avairy Birds sex and age unknown (however the yongest one is only suppose to be around 10 years old) 1 x Show Budgie - 6 years old can't fly that well (green) 2 x Pet Budgies - one hen (green) and one cock (blue), age unknown 4 x Teils - Avairy birds however one boy will let you scratch his belly through the cage bars ( at least one hen and one cock) age unknown ADOPTED 1 x Tiel - sex and age unknown, got hit by a car and damaged his wing can no longer fly is not tame ADOPTED 1 x Tiel - feather plucker unkown age and sex, can fly (really freaking well!) is semi tame, will step up - Available 21st September, under medical treatment 1 x Tiel - believed male, 10 weeks old, tame will step up - Available 21st Septemeber, under medical treatment 1 x Alex - Female age unknown, talks well but does not trust hands. perfers females to males and is missing one wing due to injury. Will eat out of your hand, would suit someone willing to clicker train her. On Hold 1 x Quail - med size, choc brown colour, unknown age and have been told she is female. ADOPTED All these birds are looking for new homes. if you are intrested in any of them then please let me know. I also have one Kelpie Puppy in the shelter (strange what people give me!) Do you have any birds currently in need of rehoming? I lost my cockatoo before christmas it had been in the family for 15 years and we originally got it from a rehoming place.looking to get another bird or birds.my email is roguewarrior42@hotmail.com

That list was posted in 2010 and I don't think the writer comes to this site any more. However I suggest you might contact the Parrot Rescue Centre at www.parrotrescuecentre.com/ who may have a suitable bird available for rehoming. While they are based in Queensland I believe they do have birds available in other states,and there is often some cockatoos looking for new homes. cheers, Mike
