What size should nesting boxes for weiros be?

30 cm high x 22 cm wide x 20 cm deep , the entrance hole 6 cm round and 2 cm from top of the box with a small dowel perch under the hole to help the babies out and stop the parents squishing the babies.
Google will give some different specs but this is an average.
