Hi everyone sorry i haven't been on for a long time, Well got some good news MaYa the cinnamon green cheek conure found a wanderful hom with humans she has bonded with them great. First night her 4 year old son walked by the cage and she jumped on his shoulder and gave him kisses. Also some more news which i'm sad but happy with Bailey the sun conure also attached himself to this family when she came to look at maya She was hmm about Bailey she brought Maya took her home within a hour she rang back up about Bailey the sun conure. Her and Bailey hit it off straight away, rubbing himself on her cheek which he didn't do with me. I keep in contact with the lady that brought both of them, Bailey and Maya seem very happy its like that family was meant for them.
Here i had trouble with Bailey he wasn't really bonding to me he would run away from me everytime i told him to step up,he also would bite me and try everything to get away from me. I was working with him but when i saw how much he accepted this lady when she frst came around i couldn't deny his love for this lady.
Right now i own MoJo my female green cheek conure and Aqua my male quaker and i'm getting another sun conure he/she is only 6 weeks old and i'll be doing weekly visits to help with bonding and also make the trip into the new home less stressful. Heres a picture of my new to be sun conure
