Do you know much about taming a 6 month old lorikeet?? It's a sharp beak, a very sharp beak, in fact the sharpest beak around. Which means if you try then have plenty of band-aids around. It can be done, but will take time and bribery with food treats. And with a pair I would forget it - a single bird that needs companionship from whatever source is around might tame OK - a pair that have each other are unlikely to tame and be trustworthy. cheers, Mike
