???Could you please help me with some weaning tips no negative comments please look at the section om weaning at www.mooloolabapets.com.au/html/hand_rearing_baby_birds.html#weaningAsiatics wean easily - basically when they move into a cage - at around 5 to 6 weeks, once the feathers are reasonably well opened out - put in a variety of foods. Sprouted seed is excellent, as well as chopped up veggies and fruit, pellets or seed depending on what you intend to feed, and let the bird start picking at it - they a smart birds and weaning is probably easier with a ringneck than any other parrot. And also put in the cage a dish of water. cheers, Mike
