Interested to hear what you feed your pet S/C Cockies. What seeds do your's eat (apart from sunflower)? And do your source raw nuts, or feed any unsulted nuts for human consumption?
Cheers.

Im assuming Sulphurs and Corellas would eat the same food so heres what Bubba is eating so far ( the baby we found ) ...large parrot mix ( eats most the seeds ) loves wombok and buk choy , apple , orange ,corn on the cob , toast and almonds but his favourite is pine nuts which we now feed to him as a reward or treat ( too bloody expensive lol ). We are lucky that he will try most foods so he gets a bit of everything we eat including cooked meat ( small amount ) . He will not eat lettuce but all other leftover salad stuff gets nibbled on ( minus the dressing ). Hope this helps a bit and Im sure theres lots more they will eat .

If feeding a seed based diet I always recommend feeding a corella a small parrot mix - a standard cockatiel mix. Corellas, especially Short-billed Corellas are prone to getting fat, and there is much more fat in most large parrot mixes than small parrot mixes.
Mixes vary a bit but most large parrot mixes are probably around 15% fat, while small parrot mixes with millets and pannicum are around 6-8%.
Sulphurs seem to be able to handle a higher fat diet without too much problem, and so I would use a large parrot mix with a Sulphur-crest.
And the range of fruit and veggies of course.
In fact I would recommend as ideal to feed pellets to Corellas rather than seed, the same as is recommended for Galahs.
cheers,
Mike
