Mesh size for Galah

Hi, I'm building an avairy for our galah over the holidays.
Just wondering if you could tell me a good size for the mesh.
I have seen 12.7mm x 12.7mm, 12.7mm x 25mm and 25mm x 25mm. I think I may have seen 20mm x 20mm also.

12.7 x 12.7 is generally best - but for a galah use the heavier wire thickness, 1.2 or 1.3 mm diameter wire. The lighter wire at .9mm diameter could be chewed through by a galah.
