HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!

:(Hi I'am a bit worried about my ringneck he is doing great on all of his feeding and stuff even started eating seed ;D.
Anyway getting to the point is it ok for him to smack in to walls and fall down on the ground while he learns to fly cause every time he fly he goes straight into a wall and fall from seeling height i get a bit scared cause i think he has hurt himself as many answers as possible please. please help me

this is normal but I try to catch mine as they fly before they hit something and most times I do manage to catch or flick them away from a wall or window. But I also quickly place them on a stand or top of cage or play stand and then quickly move away and call them to me and they also learn to fly to me which helps them with their co ordination.

My alex baby Rikki would hit the window above the sink so bad I am surprised he has not knocked himself out or worse.........but so far he is ok and now he is starting to get a bit more co ordinated and actually starting to land on places including my arm when I call him.

Yeah it's completely normal like Tracey said. Just try and catch them before they hit the wall or as they're falling. My Quaker babies are doing the same thing - it's a bit hard trying to catch all 4 of them though haha.

yeah Phil when I had 3 baby ekkies at the same time it was hard to try to catch them.......but they quickly learned the places to land and lucky so far there have not been any serious injuries.

Well, I on the other hand totally shiver at the sight of when my birds hits a wall at full speed...what I would do, is perhaps just slightly clip his wings, not so much that he can't fly at all but just enough so that he can't go full turbo either and get a concussion

yeah, i clip my Indian Ringneck's wings so that he cant hurt himself
