Hello,
I am totally new to this forum, today I got a call from my friend saying her little brother had pulled a nest of their house and there were 4 eggs in it. I easily identifyed them as Welcome swallows with the nest make and colouration of the eggs. Only 2 eggs were okay, unfortunatly the other 2 got dropped by her brother. My friends mother handed them to me to care for as she knows I have reared Blackbirds from eggs until they were ready to fly off. I candled them to determine if they were even fertile or not as I didn't see the cracked eggs, they are both alive thats for sure and you can see them moving in there. I have a home made incubator I used for the Blackbird eggs and I just pulled it out and plugged the lamp in. I am trying to find a wildlife rehabilitator who will take them in my area as I am 14 and have other stuff like studying that must be done. I have estimated that they will hatch in around 7-8 days but until I find a wildlife carer does anyone have any other knowlede of how to keep them alive? The blackbird eggs were already about to hatch when I found them so I didn't really look after them as eggs for long.

Sorry I have absolutely no idea but maybe you could google some info or ring a vet (not that a lot of vets know much about birds anyway).
