that was very interesting. I checked out the photos and read the article about the perigrine falcon. How those eggs and babies don't fall off the edge of the nest..............

I go to the site every day looking for the Falcons, I'm busting to see if they lay eggs.

I will check it out too, especially once eggs and babies arrive. I am curious to see how they do not fall off that edge.

John I saw a falcon the other day. I did not realise the time difference (duh) and that is why I probably could not see it clearly a couple of times. But the other day I saw the pics plain as day (LOL) and there was one bird perched overlooking the nest box.

I can't see an egg, what I think might look like an egg through the gap might actually be "light" from the camera or whatever that light is. I will have a look again this afternoon to see it better.

I think I saw your possible egg on the right (my right hand side). The hawk was sitting on the light again when I looked. Wouldn't the egg normally be closer to the middle of the nest???

There's an egg right in the middle. You have to go to the 4 cam view to see it. Atm the falcon is sitting right on the edge and when you look at the 4 cam view you can see it's front on. WOW, this is awesome.

Sorry for all the posts in a row but I'm getting really excited about this. The falcon is sitting over the egg and looking straight at one of the cams. What a beautiful face and markings.
