There are some around but they are very expensive, about $6,000 - $7,000 I think. How much are they in the UK?

arent galahs over there expenisve i know people in america and a normal galah that i sell rfor $300(hr) are atleast $2000 each over there isnt it the same in the uk

Greys are £750 breeding pr or £500 for hand reared baby, normal galahs are £1200pr or £600 baby. lutino galahs are £6000 for a pr with split cock lutino hen or upto £9000 pr lutino cock and hen.

Red tail blacks are 10 times more expensive over here, if you get a chance of some greys its worth having them they are quite easy to breed, They were £500 each back in the early eighties when not many were bredand that was a lot of money then.

What size aviary do you breed them in Alemap? I have heard that some breeders try to keep the aviaries quite dark to breed greys. What breeding box do you use?

A handraised baby AG is between $4000 and $6000 approximately here. Our natives are cheap here though in comparison to overseas.....so maybe that compensates hey lol

Hi shaun, most breeders breed in 6ftx3ftx3ft suspended cages, my pr are in a 30ft long flight but they have a dark area at one end where they breed, they are seldom seen in the flight but when they are they look gorgeous on the wing.

I had a budgie last year that reared 7 babies. She hasn't bred this year, probably still recovering.

Yes 7 eggs woo 6 hatched well done mine have only ever lay ed 3 max and hatch 2 on average . j

They now have 4 chicks each pr, the pr that had 6 chicks last yr had a second round of 4 after as well.
